Corporate Advisory Council: Request for Proposal

UnclutterED Learning & Development, Abigail Vettese and Emily Greeninger

Awards: Best Instructional Solution, Best Video Pitch, Best Written Proposal, Best Presentation, Best Prototype

UnclutterED L&D is a fictional company created for an RFP project for Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate MSIDT program. Myself and Emily Greeninger developed a comprehensive instructional design and technical solution for Radius Leaders, aimed at supporting nurse leaders through responsive microlearning. This project addressed urgent industry challenges such as burnout, high turnover, and lack of time for professional development by proposing a suite of six 10–15 minute Articulate Rise modules, paired with just-in-time job aids and delivered through Articulate Reach LMS.

We applied the Successive Approximation Model (SAM) and implemented a Scrum Project Management approach to create iterative prototypes, ensuring stakeholder involvement and alignment throughout the process. Our solution emphasized accessibility (WCAG compliance), scenario-based learning, reflection activities, and authentic healthcare imagery, delivering both scalability and measurable learner impact.

This project earned top recognition, winning across all categories at Commonwealth University’s Corporate Advisory Council Conference where we gave our pitch to the Radius Leaders team, as well as Commonwealth University alumni. This project exemplifies my ability to combine instructional strategy, project management, multimedia design and video production, and client-centered collaboration into a cohesive, award-winning deliverable.
