Award-winning learning experiences at the intersection of ethics, design, and technology.
The Agency Algorithm
This project won Best Soft Skills Solution at DevLearn’s DemoFest 2025 and was created to demonstrate how instructional design can intersect with philosophy and ethics.
The Agency Algorithm is a multi-room interactive experience that blends instructional design, game-like mechanics, and philosophical inquiry. Built in Articulate Storyline, it immerses learners in ethically complex scenarios like AI-driven triage and algorithmic warfare.
The Agency Algorithm demonstrates my ability to design narrative-driven eLearning, implement complex branching logic, and integrate aesthetics with high conceptual depth.
My goal with this project was to bridge philosophy and instructional design, creating a reflective learning experience that immerses students in thought experiments while encouraging critical reflection on the role of technology on human agency.
Triage Garden
In this scenario, learners step into a high-stakes environment where only one life can be preserved. The design uses scenario-based learning to immerse participants in morally complex decision-making, reflecting real-world medical triage dilemmas being shaped by AI.
Mask Archive
The Mask Archive invites learners to confront the hidden systems of surveillance embedded in everyday technologies. The scenario focuses on biometric data, geolocation tracking, and social media/messaging platforms, showing how these tools can be repurposed for monitoring, profiling, and control.
The Armory
In the Armory, war is accelerated by HawkVision, a military interface built for precision and speed. Targets are marked, voices translated, and weaponry synchronized. This thought experiment invites you to reflect on how agency is impacted when life-or-death decisions are delegated to AI-assisted technologies.

Evidence of Impact: Beta Test Group Feedback
“I would like to restate how much the targeted advertising section of the mask archive struck me.”
“This was an incredibly thought provoking and powerful experience that I think people can learn a lot from.”
